John H. Sullivan - Class of 1972 PORTLAND OREGON/ONTARIO, NY: 53, April 21st. John leaves behind his wife, Patricia Lackaff; stepdaughters, Margi Ahn and Amanda Materi; stepson, Sean Materi; parents, Emily and Joe; sister, Jayne (Michael) Malcolm of Sodus Point and brother, Steve (Georgia) Savannah, GA; nieces & nephews Jennifer, Jessie, Nicole, Bill & Grant John, graduated from Wayne Central, Ontario, NY, and East Stroudsburg College in PA, and moved to Portland, OR, in 1978 and was a self-employed luthier.
