Phyllis Anne Flatt McIntosh
Webster/Ontario: Entered into rest on March 30, 2009 in her 68th year. A graduated on Wayne Central School Class of 58. She was co-valedictorian. Attended Syracuse University and Paul Smith College. Survived by her daughter, Heather (Mark) Lockwood of CT; grandchildren, Katherine and Michael; sisters, Marcia (Emerson) Ironside, Colleen (Bob) Stanley, Denise (Greg) Palis; brother, Ronald (Gayle) Flatt; beloved nieces and nephews; aunt, Mabel Brandt. Predeceased by her parents, Eugene and Iola Flatt; and brother, Gary Flatt.
