He leaves his wife of 60 years, Arline; daughters, Mary Ellen Taber & Joan Taber; granddaughters, Sara & Maggie; brother, Nelson (Betty) Taber; several nieces & nephews. Jay was a US Army veteran and a retired teacher from the Wayne Central School District.
