Hello Fellow Alumni! We would like to introduce the newest class of Hall of Fame Inductees that we will be putting into the Wayne Soccer Hall of Fame this fall. Congrats to the following:

Max Hanlon

Bob King

Matt Saxby

Adrianna VanCuyck

We will also be presenting Dan Doyle with a Wayne Soccer Alumni “Merit Award” for his efforts in keeping the alumni spirit alive through his efforts to keep alumni informed over the years.

The Hall of Fame Presentations will take place homecoming weekend on Saturday, September 27th, during halftime of the girls and boys game. Specific times will be announced soon.

In addition, we will also have a Soccer Alumni Celebration for all inductees, friends and families of Wayne Soccer at 8pm at Konstantinou’s Restaurant with food provided.

Sad to report that 2014 Hall of Fame inductee Clarence Mepham has passed away at age 91. His obituary can be found here

Alumni!!! It has been a few years, but we are going to bring back the ALUMNI SOCCER GAME this year. We know the timing is short notice, but we wanted to do it during homecoming week. Here are the details:

WHEN: Monday September 16th

WHERE: Porray Field

TIME: 6:30pm

WHO: Co-ed

COST: FREE- No shirts this year so no cost- Too short notice

-If you want to donate to the alumni association to support the hall of fame induction and our scholarship, donations will be accepted.

Tell your friends and come out and play under the lights on Porray!!

This year the induction celebration will be Saturday September 21st during homecoming. The women’s ceremony will take place during halftime of the girls game at approximately 4:45pm on the new turf stadium (Eagle Stadium). The men’s ceremony will take place at halftime of the boys game at approximately 7:15pm.

Following the games at approximately 8pm, there will be a celebration at Konstantinou’s Restaurant and Bar for all friends, family, and alumni wishing to celebrate with the inductees.
